The fitness bands are available in different colors which indicate different resistances. They are suitable for warming up, lengthening, stretching or for beginners who need minimal resistance during exercises.
Training bands are easy to use and suitable for everyone. I use them mainly to loosen the shoulders or to increase the difficulty of bodyweight exercises. Other times, however, they help me in the preparation of the more complicated styles such as: back lever or front lever.
